This was a telephone consultation and so a relatively new way of dealing with people. It worked well and should be an option even after lock down has ceased

Gave confidence that was very knowledgeable in his field, explained things simply and clearly without talking down to someone who's not of a medical background, didn't rush or watch the clock spending adequate time to listen and answer any questions.
